My name is Crystal. If you are new here, Just a recap. I am a 41 year old mother to 3 crazy wonderful boys. I have been sober for 11 years and my passion is sharing my experience, strength and hope with other women in the recovery and wellness space.

I spend my evenings cheering from the bleachers as a baseball mom.

My days are spent cheering women on in our wellness and recovery groups as we navigate midlife, perimenopause, motherhood, mental health and working towards our sobriety and wellness goals.

I cannot wait to walk this journey with you.
